“TERRA” 200 sq.m.

TERRA is one of the four Vacation Homes in the “PAROS360 Vacation Homes”. Built in the traditional architectural style, this white washed retreat is perched on the top of a hill with breathtaking panoramic views.
TERRA, meaning the earth, is an independent modern retreat of 200 sq.m. in two levels and accommodates 8 guests with a spacious living room, WC, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with en suite facilities and a separate studio-guest house.
Its spacious area of private terraces, 3 dining areas and lounges are furnished for guests every need. The 5X11 m. private swimming pool, is situated for meditation, relaxation and enjoyment of the amazing views and sunsets.

TERRA retreat is in two levels. The upper level enters from the parking leading to a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen,WC and with access to private verandas with stunning views. The living room is amply furnished, has ceiling fan, A/C, flat TV, DVD player and HI-FI. In the same level there is the master bedroom with en suite facilities with access to garden and outdoor area.
The stairway leads to the lower level where there is another living room, 1 bedroom with en suite facilities and the other bedroom with bathroom, all with access to private terraces and pool area with spectacular sea view.
On the same level there is the studio-guest house with 1 bedroom and en suite facilities, sofa, kitchenette, also with access to private terrace and pool area.
All bedrooms offer A/C, flat TV, WiFi.
Its spacious terraces, dining and lounge areas of 330 sq.m. around the villa, are furnished to meet all guests' needs. The private swimming pool of 5X11 metres is 5 steps below and offers a 380 sq.m. private area perfect for enjoy the stunning surroundings.

The best house in Paros

Simply amazing experience. The host was extremely welcoming, thoughtful and helpful as it was our first time in the island. The house was super clean and extremely well equipped. The view is stunning. The house is very large and private. We were all so comfortable there. I could not recommend this property more.

The perfect place to stay!

This vacation was fantastic. The villa was absolutely perfect for our family and friends—each of the 4 bedrooms comfortably had room for two, was impeccably cleaned and maintained and was super comfortable. The house is modern yet had a wonderful Parian charm. The grounds were spectacular but the pool was the best. The views were to both the sea and the mountains, a true 360! The most was extraordinarily responsive and helped organize chef dinners, boat trip, and she gave wonderful suggestions for dinners and outings. We can’t wait to visit again.

Terra was an incredible place to enjoy our week on Paros. We were two families with teenagers and had plenty of room. The pool was very clean. The house was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. Anytime we needed something, it was there in minutes. Irini was so helpful and kind. She has taken great care to make this property very beautiful and comfortable for all her visitors. Best Experience on Paros

My wife and I stayed with our four adult children /partners to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. I wish we could have stayed our entire trip here. We have stayed in many high quality villas, and this is at the top of the list. The property is picture-perfect immaculate, very well maintained and very clean. The setting is on a hillside with 270 degree view of the hillsides and the Aegean Sea and beaches and the most amazing sunsets every night. We had a car but could have walked into the busy port town of Parikia with its wonderful shops and restaurants and night clubs. (The entire island has so much to do and see, a rental car is best.)Our host Irini lived with her husband nearby and was absolutely wonderful and attentive hosts. She asked if we will return someday and we certainly will - for longer than four days next time.

Fantastic Experience!!

If we could give this property a 10 Star we would! Irini the host was the best and very responsive to all our needs every day. We stayed for 3 weeks and had 4 couples and there was plenty of room for privacy and lovely spaces to relax. We had good cooks with us and the Kitchen had beyond everything we needed. We were very impressed because we have rented many houses and Irini thought of everything. The daily cleaning service of our rooms and the pool was exceptional. Better than a 5 star hotel. The staff was on the property and were lovely people. Highly recommend this place. We only have good things to say. T & T

Our family leaves in Athens, Greece. My husband lived in his childhood in Paros; that's why he loves this place so much! To be honest, our whole family loves Paros and from now on we will be living in Paros at least 7 months yearly.

Why they chose this property

We choose to built our house there because the land is privilleged. It is near the town of Parikia but also at the edge of the hill so to enjoy privacy.
Above all, its stunning view made us take the final decision. The view is panoramic as it overlooks the magnificent blue Aegean and its islands, Antiparos, Sifnos, Syros, Serifos, Andros, Tinos and of course the beautiful landscape of the island itself.
Last but not least the sandy beaches are very close to us.
Two years ago we started having our house renovated. We personally supervised every detail and furnished it with high standard materials and ideas. Our aim was that you would feel the luxury and the calmness needed in your vacations. For our house this is the first time operating for you.

What makes this property unique

When you will be visiting our home, your senses will be embraced by the sea breeze, the touch of the sun, the wideness of the blue sea, the smell of rosemary.
You will also feel happy with the most romantic sunsets you ever experienced with unexpected colors. You may enjoy the sailing boats playing in the sea, and the fishing boats early in the morning and late in the evening coming back from their daily trip.
In the full moon nights, the sea will turn to sparkling bronze!
In our home your senses will rejoiced in every way, with privacy, while you will be relaxing in a chaise longue, having a drink or having dinner in the pool area or in the al fresco dining area.
