The whole house was fully equipped and stocked, even the fridge! Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Dawn was very responsive to questions and check in was a breeze. We will definitely stay again.

I had a wedding reception to attend in Licking, Mo. This was perfect! Plenty of room to relax and feel at home and not be cramped in a hotel. Place was nicely furnished.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, the house was very cute, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the host provided extras! The only downside was the set of stairs leading to the third bedroom, but I took that room and navigated them carefully. The room upstairs was nice, once you got past the stairs. I would gladly book it again!

The place wasn't cleaned when we got there, but the super sweet owner showed up within 10 minutes and had it cleaned ASAP. The kitchen was fully stocked, including some spices, coffee, and non-stick spray. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom and a few ants in the shower, but also know those are common here (the ants, not the dirty towels, ha!). If you are looking for a fancy place to stay, this isn't it, but if you are looking for a decent place at a decent value, I would recommend it. It's about 20 minutes to Montauk. The owner is lovely!

Thanks for your honesty and understanding! Sorry, in my hurry I forgot the towel :( we have changed the room with the big queen bed so much this past week since you were there already. I hired a handy man to do some touch up jobs around the place.

The place was not cleaned when we first got there. I contacted the owner and they had a family emergency but came to clean while we were at dinner and visiting relatives. When we came back the place was great, clean and smelled so nice. There were a lot of food options there for a good breakfast, eggs, yogurt, bread, cereal, milk, coffee, creamer and fresh fruit and many more extra items including ice cream! It ended up being a nice stay and would recommend this place!
