The property was as it appeared in the pictures and description.Great location near Beaufort. Nice, quiet, peaceful property and community.Spacious living area. Nice 2nd floor game room/sitting area. -Cleaning and maintenance could be improved. Upstairs bathroom counter had stains that hadn't been addressed. Main bathroom shower handle was corroded and broken.-Exterminator had to be called to address insects in main bedroom & bath and secondary bath upstairs. -Insects are vigorous on the outdoor balcony. Bring insect repellent and fogger. Be aware of the requirement for darkness for turtles. No lights allowed on balcony at night, which Limits outdoor sitting at night. Must close all blinds at night to avoid penalty fees.

This is a great house for a large group. There is a good amount of space for gathering, eating, playing games, etc. House is one of the best equipped houses we’ve ever rented. Best of all is its beachfront location making access quick and easy. It is a lovely beach not overly populated and when tide is low you can walk far into the water. Also fun is the local wildlife, plenty of playful dolphins that come close to shore and pelicans that dove for fish around us as we swam in the water. Such fun! There is also a lovely porch that gets a nice breeze and is somewhat protected from the sun making it another option for hanging out. We had a great time and hope to return.
