All new kitchen with new appliances, new LG laundry tower (washer/dryer), new heated towel racks, view of the pine trees in the front yard. Includes utilities (electric, gas, high speed dedicated internet, heat/air conditioning, trash/water), cleaning supplies (laundry, kitchen, bathroom, general), kitchen dishware and supplies, and furniture throughout. Dedicated off-street parking in large driveway right next to outside entrance. Bench and fire pit in front yard; heated in-ground spa and pickle ball court in back yard. Level 2 EV charger for a low fee.

Suzanne Scherr is an opera singer/music historian and teaches music at a local university and high school. Her son and his family live nearby which explains her move to Fresno in Fall 2022. In winter 2023 she gutted and remodeled the upstairs apartment, which she shares with you here.
While finishing her training in music, Suzanne lived in Italy 1983-1989. In her home in Chicago she hosted over 100 foreign students and professionals. She taught music at a university in China 2013-2022. It is her privilege to pay forward the kind hospitality she has received from people of around the world. She seeks to provide luxury accommodations and invites any suggestions. Welcome to her pine tree home.
