Cassine Garden Townhomes are located in Seagrove. It is a beach community in Santa Rosa Beach a part of South Walton Beach. It is centrally located between Destin and Panama City Beach. Surrounded by bike and hiking trails. On 30A walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants.

Named after the Cassine Tree native to the area. Garden setting, situated in a private grove of pine, magnolia, cassine trees and many more.

Perfect place for families. Neighborhood environment (Not a "party area").

Backs up to private lake, pavilion, and nature trails. Complex's property line backs up to Point Washington State Forest which gives you access to the hiking trails.

Property has 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, ½ basketball court, nature trails, private fishing lake, gazebo and pavillion with barbecue pit.

Located on Scenic Highway 30A which is a 28.5 corridor which hugs the Gulf of Mexico in Northwest Florida. Highway has wide pedestrian and bicycle pathway with access to the parks and lakes.

Awesomeness

Much better than the photos.. the place and location could not have been better. The host had everything we could possibly need. Great trip! Definitely recommend a rental car or golf cart to get around if you plane to head out for evening dinners etc.. The beach is walking distance

Cozy stay!

It was a perfect condo. Short walks to beach and pool. Wonderful outdoor patio along with each room had its own porch. It was a great stay at a great price. Would love to stay again!!

Wonderful Family Time!

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing time. We enjoyed the pools, pickle ball and the privacy away from the beach side but also the convenience of the very short stroll to the beach, restaurants and Seaside. Thanks for having us!

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a wonderful trip at Cassine Gardens. It was a last minute decision, so we were lucky to find this place. It's perfect for four people. It is in a wonderful location that is in walking distance to lots of ice cream shops, restaurants, bike rentals and shops. The beach access is located across the street from the entrance. It's an easy walk, but a perfect bike ride. My husband and I waked to Cafe Thirty A for dinner. We never miss an opportunity to enjoy that restaurant. The teens enjoyed the pool and bike riding to seaside. If I were to only need a place for four again (we are a family of 5) I would definitely look to stay here again. Also, Shari is great. If you need anything, she is a literal text away!

Alan and Tracy Hibberd: We live in San Antonio, Texas where the Texas Hill Country begins. We have a large family! 5 grown children, 8 beautiful grandchildren and 2 dogs.

Why they chose this property

We found this property in 2015 when my daughter and I decided to meet at the beach. We thought it would be a nice change. We heard about Destin and realized it was 3 hours from where she lived at Maxwell AFB. The only place we found to stay even close to Destin was a substandard hotel. We explored the area and discovered 30A. I couldn't believe how beautiful the beaches were. The water is perfectly clear and the sand is powder white. I started visiting every 2 months with my family. My husband and I love the area so much that we decided to buy our own place. Cassine Garden Townhomes are a hidden gem that we would like to share with our family and other vacationers.

What makes this property unique

Hidden away in a grove of trees and gardens. You do not feel like you are at the beach until you venture out of the complex. Our place is located in Seagrove. You will see that it is centrally located on 30A. In fact, it is the area of 30 A that is closest to the water.

Family oriented. 7 mins walking to the beach.
