Inside, the open-concept living area is designed for comfort and style, featuring a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two cozy full size beds, providing ample space for guests.

For added convenience, this condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Whether you're relaxing indoors, taking in the views from the balcony, or enjoying the resort's top-tier amenities, Beach Colony Resort East 12C promises a perfect beachfront
escape.

PARKING 2 free parking passes are included with the rental

This unit is pet-friendly. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• Pets must be 20 pounds or less.
• One pet is allowed per unit.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times.

Scenic views on the beach at Perdido Key.

The views of the gulf and beach at Perdido Key were fantastic.!Shopping and restaurants were located nearby. Being pet friendly is what initially attracted us. Would definitely stay here again.
