Unfortunately our stay didn’t go as originally planned because of the hurricane but communication was great during the stay to include what was happening with the weather. We left out Thursday morning instead of Saturday because of the evacuation but the days we did get to spend here was great. We have always enjoyed staying at the Collonades due to the location and the condo is great. Elevator service is great and no long waits due to the amount of condos on each floor is limited to three. We love staying here and haven’t had any issue with cleanliness, convenience and communication. We will stay here in the future again because our stays have always been great! Thank you and thank you for keeping us safe with your excellent communication.

The condo was clean but they charge you for a second vehicle to park which is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 bedroom condo that sleeps 12! We like the building but will not use Liquid Life again

Thank you for your review, Amy. The prices and parking restrictions at The Colonnades are set by the property's HOA and described in the listing. We're sorry this was a source of frustration for you during your stay, but it is unfortunately not within our control. We hope in the future you will give us another chance!
