Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Absolutely amazing!!

The condo is EXACTLY as listed!! My family of 4 had plenty of room, all the amenities we needed, and the VIEW- WOW!! The condo is located away from all the busyness of the shops but so close to the beach to make it perfect! Check-in was very easy, I had read reviews about parking- really was no problem! The owners were wonderful about communication!! The only thing (and this is very minor) was that the bedrooms are located on the balcony entrance side, the lights out there make it appear extremely light in the room (I thought it was time to get up at 1am!) I see us coming back to enjoy this property again!!!

Great View

This is our second time at the sanibel condos. Two different units. This time was good but parking was a small issue - upon check in management had already gone So we had a warning on our windshield next morning. Didn’t realize we needed cash to purchase. We emailed them and it was resolved. The place was super clean and comfortable. Just remember to bring beach towels. My mistake.

Very nice Condo!

Overall, we were very pleased with this condo. I did have a hard time finding the actual unit number. I contacted VRBO and they immediately provided it to me. Love Love the large bathrooms and balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great- the one thing that we would rec is including the parking decal in the rental price. We arrived late one evening and the next day the parking attendee was insisting we go immediately to pay him when we saw him ‘writing tickets’ -it was truly bizarre. The last thing we want on our vacation is this- we informed him that we had stayed 8 or 9 times there and one time, we were only able to ‘’grab a decal’ the night before we checked out. The behavior is truly unnecessary,

Luxury & SPECIAL SPECIAL view

Our stay was lovely. I was looking for a luxurious but small-kid friendly place to give us a break from the daily grind at home. I just reread all the past reviews, and any concerning issue had been handled. There was like new balcony furniture, a new rug in the living room, and all the beds had nice mattresses. The kitchen had a ton of tools and utensils to help us cook all meals there. The adjusting feedback I’d give is the building’s hallway lights are bright and shine into the two bedrooms all night, making the sleep was a very bright one. The building is on a short state trail on the lagoon side that leads to a little fishing dock. The beach was just across the street and about 3 houses down. Overall a lovely stay.

Great Location & Views of the Ocean

My family and I rolled into town just after a week of storms. The next day was yellow flag beach conditions and lasted the remainder of our stay. Sanibel is close to the beach and just a short drive to all of the fun that Gulf Shores has to offer.

Very Nice Property

We loved the property and the easy access to the beach was great. We loved the park behind the property that had multiple fishing and crabbing spots. Really, the only issue we had was obtaining parking permits. The office personnel just simply left for the day and the menacing “We will boot your vehicle!” signs displayed have the impression that we were unfairly put in a bad position. Otherwise, the stay itself was great. Thank you.

This was a great experience! My family really enjoyed it as well! One and only suggestion would be to upgrade the balcony furniture…would have loved to lounge outside all day but other than that the property was beautiful ❤️

This condo has great access to the beach!! Literally a walk across the street. The condo itself was very comfortable for our family of 5. Parking was easy and staff was responsive. We are already thinking of when we can come back.

Beautiful view and roomy accommodations

The condo is absolutely beautiful and spacious. There are a few quirky things going on though. You can't use two small appliances at once in the kitchen or the fuse trips. The balcony furniture desperately needs replaced. It's uncomfortable and falling apart due to weathering. Once these things get updated the place will be perfect!!

Great spot for a small family

The online listing is accurate and it is a super easy "check in" process as the code to the door was texted to me the day of our arrival. Everything was clean and in good working order (except the toaster, that needs to be replaced). You will have to pay a parking fee. if you come late, there won't be anyone around and a ticket will be placed on your windshield overnight. just pay the next day and all is good. i would definitely rent here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent service from Gulf2Beach management, and the condo itself is beautiful! Huge beach and ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and balcony, with beautiful bay views from both bedrooms. The sand and shore are a 1 minute walk from the building. Wonderful stay!

Not what I wxpected

The furniture inside and out in the unit is worn out!! It needs to be replaced. There is no where inside or out to sit that is comfortable. The couch is broken down and dirty as well as the chairs. The outdoor furniture is also broken with holes. Missing light bulbs, dirty, stained furniture. Would not recommend this particular unit.

Pleasant getaway

The condo was big enough for our family if 5. Great kitchen and pantry storage. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and not a far walk to the beach. Remotes to TV did not have batteries but we had brought some with us.

Needs carpet removed and furniture replaced

The parking , pool, check-in, distance to beach , quietness all were fine , no huge complaints except the sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable. The mattress needs replaced and the bar is in your back all night . One of the other full beds is also broken and has a swag in it like a swayback horse . The carpet in tbe living room had hidden goodies food, toys, etc. It's thick shag type and has no way of really cleaning it well. The water pressure is minimal at best. Like showing with a water bottle. There were nowhere near the kitchen utensils etc we typically find in our condos. There were multiple DVD players and a really nice smart tv but the original remote was missing so the smart tv functions couldn't be used for Netflix etc. The patio wicker was in terrible shape should be tossed out and replaced. Other than those things the condominium is clean and quiet for a family and it's easy to leave the condo and be on the beach in 5 min walk. My wife left a very special ear ring sentimental to her and asked them to mail it to her(we were a couple hours away ) this was the only correspondence with management really with a request and I suppose housekeeping or management decided to not be bothered by mailing it to us. The condo needs carpet removed and some furniture updates. There were multiple stains on the living room furniture also (kinda a light color and easy to do I suppose so we didn't bring food or drink to the living room). Oh and the blinds were torn but still functional. Someone attempted a patch with a big baby pin x 2 but apparently it didn't work.

Nice place beautiful view

I enjoyed my stay. The condo is nice. The balcony was our favorite place to relax but they do need to replace furniture on balcony. We was disappointed with it. But everything else was nice, beautiful view.
