GUEST RULES & PROPERTY POLICIES

By completing your booking through this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following rules and policies for the duration of your stay. These rules apply to the lead guest, all registered occupants, and any day visitors.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM, unless confirmed otherwise in advance with the property manager.
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee of $150 CAD per hour (or part thereof) will apply to departures after 10:00 AM without prior written approval.
• Please notify the property manager of your estimated arrival and departure times in advance.
OCCUPANCY
• Only the number of guests registered at the time of booking are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
• Any unregistered overnight guests will be subject to an additional occupancy fee of $500 CAD per person, per night. The owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation to unregistered individuals.
• Day visitors are welcome; however, the total number of persons on the property at any one time (including registered guests and all visitors) must not exceed 20–25 persons without the prior written consent of the property manager. This limit exists due to local bylaws, parking restrictions, insurance requirements, and neighbourhood considerations.
