In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 7, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a deck overlooking the golf course and lagoon, and is about a 6-minute walk to the beach.

Walk in the front door and be welcomed by the beach-themed decor. The downstairs features wainscoting, shiplap, and hardwood floors. On the first floor, you will find the living room with comfortable furniture, TV, and views of the golf course. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and bar stool seating for 2. The dining room has seating for 6 and showcases beautiful views of the golf course.

The first-floor bedroom features a California king bed, TV, and private bathroom equipped with a tiled shower. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with lagoon and golf course views, a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with 2 sinks and a tiled shower. The third bedroom is perfect for kids and includes a twin bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a TV. There is also a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Cats are not permitted. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

The condo was amazing. We were there for the race and it was in the best location. Plenty of hot water for showers after and everyone had a bathroom which was so nice. The condo was clean and decorated really cute. It looked like a recent renovation because it was modern and beachy.

Great Kiawah villa

This is a very spacious, clean, well-appointed villa in Kiawah. Relevant to our stay, it was extremely close (5 min walk) to the marathon start/finish. Check-in/out was super easy and we all enjoyed it.

Marathon Weekend

We came for the marathon and the condo was perfectly located next to the start line. The location was a short walk to the beach and my family really enjoyed our stay.

This was our first visit to Kiawah and this property was perfect! The walk to the beach was very easy, even with three young kids and all of our beach gear! The property was updated and nicely decorated. I can't wait to stay here again. It will be our new go to place!

Great location! All the conveniences of home….wonderful beach vibe throughout! Only small issue was a few Palmetto bugs - but that’s life at the beach with tropical weather. We will be booking condo again!!!

The condo is in very nice shape. There were plenty of supplies provided by Akers-Ellis. The walk to the beach was OK. The views out of the condo were very nice.

Nice Villa w/ Great Location

Comfortable bedding with nice amount of space for large families! Beach is about 5 minute walk if you have kids. Very clean and nice accommodations - well stocked with supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. Extra perks for those with babies or toddlers, they have a pack & play and nursing pillow there so less you have to bring with you which is always nice! Only suggestion is that it would be nice to have beach towels provided.

Having stayed at various properties throughout Kiawah for more than 2 decades, I can honestly say this was the filthiest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Dirty floors, dirty linens, bugs. Kitchen was poorly equipped—not even a baking sheet. Cooking Utensils mixed in with dirty “kitchen junk drawer items.” Could have been a lovely condo in a convenient location on the island, but this place hasn’t seen a deep clean in a long time.

Nice place but a few minor things need fixing

Check-in and access was easy and the place was very clean on check-in. Great location on the golf course and a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. I really am very pleased with the overall stay and would stay again, however there are a few things that need attention, which I pointed out to management after check-out. The fridge ice maker wasn't working, the kitchen knives are quite dull and one of the 2 skillets is warped and doesn't heat well. The kitchen could also use a couple more dish rags and towels as we had to wash the two available every day. Outside, the water hose has several leaks in it making the flow greatly diminshed and barely able to was sand of the beach items before going inside. But again, overall this was a great place and very comfortable.

Great vacation property!

The property was true to description. It was very clean and had everything you’d need. The rooms were nice and able to accommodate a good amount of people. It was in a great location with walking distance to the beach and some of the restaurants!

Wonderful trip! Easy to get to and from Charleston Airport! House is beautiful and equipped with everything one would need!! Great location and easy access to the amazing beach!!! Shopping is close by as well! Will definitely return soon!!!

From the moment we walked in to our rental at 1304 Fairway Oaks till the unfortunate departure we had a fantastic time. The condo was in great shape and and very warm and welcoming. A few notes of positive criticism:1.) beds could use a new mattress or mattress topper2.) back patio could use a cleaning and new cushions - unfortunately was unable to take advantage due to overwhelming spider presence With all this being said - We have already booked our stay for May and look forward to returning!

The unit is very nice and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Great upstairs set up for us - room for the kids plus a master bedroom. Another bedroom downstairs. Right on the golf course made for fun evening people watching - as golfers came through the 17th fairway at Cougar Point. Villa is about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach - very easy to get there; five minute drive to Freshfields, and only a 2 mile bike also. Highly recommend staying at this villa.
