Bear Holler Cabin is located right inside The Village of Cloudcroft! Get ready to soak in beautiful views with wildlife just outside the windows. Entry to the main floor provides easy access if you have little ones or elderly family members. Our home is a perfect getaway for a group of friends or a family reunion!
Fee Details:
$65 pet fee, we love dogs and they are welcome for a fee. If we see that you have brought your dogs and you did not include with your reservation that they are coming, **we will charge an additional $100 on top of the pet fee**. Please just be honest about this.
A 5% Village of Cloudcroft tax will be collected as part of the total amount collected. This fee is only on the nightly fee.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Start the dishwasher. Make sure to drop the pod into the dishwasher (not in the holder).
- Leave the beds unmade. Place used blankets on the bed.
- Leave all used towels out and on towel holders in bathrooms.
- If you used the pellet stove, make sure it is turned off.
- Clear the fridge and shelves of any perishable foods.
- Check all rooms, drawers, and closets for belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
