The house is fine to stay for a night if you don't really care about amenities or a nice place. It really only has ONE bed and sleep 2, not 6 unless you are sleeping on the couch. Very bare bones, we had to order toilet paper!

Had a great stay at this apartment. It's huge, as the listing says, and gets gorgeous light in the morning. The sound system and projector are nice for playing music or relaxing after a long day out in the city. And it's walkable to many trains including the A which gets you pretty much everywhere you need to go. The neighborhood is cute with many restaurants, bodegas and shops close by. Loved it and would stay here again!

The apartment walls needs painting. There's no table or chairs for dining. The bathroom doesn't even have regular soap. The windows are very dirty. The apartment is clearly overpriced.

Very disappointed and Troubling

Unfortunately, my experience at this property did not match the expectations set by the listing. Upon arrival, my family and I encountered several issues that made us uncomfortable staying. The walls were visibly dirty, the couch had noticeable stains, and the door handle to the unit was broken — forcing us to use a card to push it open throughout our stay. Despite being mentioned in the listing, there were no twin beds available, which caused additional stress for sleeping arrangements. Most concerning was a visible rat infestation right next to the building, which was truly unsettling.There were a couple of positives — the bathroom was clean, and the bedroom itself was nicely maintained — but these were outweighed by the other serious concerns. I reached out to Vrbo support immediately and also attempted to resolve this directly with the host, but ultimately had to request a cancellation.I hope this review encourages future travelers to ask detailed questions before booking, and that the host takes steps to improve the property for future guests
