This property was just what we needed! Christine was a great host, very responsive and helpful with suggestions. We’re moving to the area this summer and wanted to stay in the neighborhood to get a feel. Everything is so close and accessible, and it is generally a nice walking neighborhood. It is a studio so definitely good for 2 people that don’t need space for lounging kicking about, or fine for one person to spend time in (I worked at the studio one day). My only suggestion would be to add a larger bowl (like for a bagged salad); otherwise it had everything I needed (I knew it only had a microwave and a fridge).

Room was clean and attractive. Christine the hostess was conscientious in greeting and explaining the details of the suite. Everything was clean and had a smart and stylish appearance. The amenities we used were modern and easy to use. Coffeemaker and variety of coffee was very nice, and the washer/dryer combo was very welcome! The location was quiet for being so close to many restaurants and services. We enthusiastically recommend this for an Austin visit!!! Maria and Daniel
