Amanda I think you got this house mixed up with the other house you stayed in before me. The first statement you made at check-in was how nice and cool the a/ c were and you were glad. The working stovetop comes on, on time just like any other stove . In between guests I usually shut down everything, even the water heater and back on prior to a check-in. I had forgotten to turn it back on when you checked in at 4pm. It was turned back on at 6pm that same day. It was only off for 2 hrs. . That was my mistake. My listing does states that the house is located near a busy street, However, my other guests say the house is very quiet. The bed is of average height and I am 5'3 and can get on it fine. The house were left dirty with dirty dishes left in the sink. Amanda had a undisclosed electric car and she used the house to charge it daily which is against the house rules. she was not happy when I found out and told her that she was no longer allowed to. . Not welcome back.

My listing clearly states double occupancy. 1-2 guests will have access to one bedroom and a bathroom. You gave me a story that you and your wife slept in separate bedrooms. So, I complimented you with a 2nd bedroom king size bed frée of charge. You had overnight guests over several times and did not report it to me nor paid me. You had all your bar BQ stuff out in the back yard by going through the sliding glass door each time. Every time I stopped by you had it opened. You had full access to the thermostat. It had no locks on it. You even mentioned how comfortable the temperature was. I had no restriction on it. You failed to mention that you agreed to use a laundromat during your stay But instead, you did your laundry in the house (against house rules) which increase water consumption and my water bill. I could have held your deposit but I did not. You and wife always compliment the house and. Enjoying your stay. Not Once Had Any Negative Complaints. You only got upset after I caught you doing laundry at the house and hanging out your clothes and underwear at the front of the house in plain sight of the neighborhood. (The neighbors complained ) to which I had to notify home away. Never had any unsatisfied guests or a negative review before. Not welcome again did not obey house rules and dishonest.
