The four suites surround an enclosed, landscaped courtyard and private pool perfect for family fun/peaceful sunbathing. A separate Great Room includes a comfortable sofa and 60" flatscreen TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen perfect for any chef. Pool deck offers another half bath and pool deck shower, along with a fun outdoor bar complete with fridge, freezer, and BBQ grill. Our rental management company, Nicaragua Family Getaways, is located in Hacienda Iguana and we are around and available for anything you might need and any to help with any questions or concerns you might have. We provide an info guide in the house, with information on activities, hikes, day trip ideas, maps, a restaurant guide, local restaurant menus etc.

Within the community we have Satori Spa and Gift Shop, Scoops and Spokes icecream/coffee shop/bike rentals, 2 grocery stores, ATM, 4 restaurants - Pili's Kitchen, Vana Tacos, Don Eloy's sports bar and Nicaraguan cuisine Casa Maderas.

We will be happy to schedule airport pick-ups, boat fishing trips, boat surfing trips, horse back riding on the beach, spa treatments, food packages, etc.
