Savor your afternoon glass of wine in a colorful Adirondack chair as you watch the waves rolling in and out and listen to their soothing rhythm. Can you feel the mist on your face? The evening stretches out before you as you reflect on another perfect day on the Outer Banks.

Sea Oats condominiums in Kill Devil Hills is the perfect location for that incredible experience. A sophisticated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located directly on the oceanfront, this vacation property boasts upscale furnishings, stainless steel appliances and classic, comfortable decor.

Awake in the soothing En Suite, with sliding glass doors out to the oceanfront deck. Take a moment before you start your day to admire Mother Nature's creation. The second bedroom features a duo bunk and fun, beach decor. Two full baths provide an extra measure of privacy.

The great room features a lovely, neutral sofa and chair, a flat screen TV and a bookcase full of books! The beautiful dark wood dining table seats 4 and the breakfast bar seats an additional 2. The stylish kitchen features a beautiful back splash, granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

The community of Sea Oats Village provides its guests with a pool, park-style grill, picnic table and dedicated beach access.

This property is in the perfect location. Right out to the balcony and it is beautiful, ocean view, sat there all day and called in deliveries, it was glorious. Close to all the wonderful things you want to see and do as well as great places to eat (and have delivered) The b&b was clean and had a nice beachie atmosphere, beds were comfortable and the lift for the luggage was very helpful.

Very nice. Clean and pictures were accurate. Only problem we had was the unit was on the third floor, there’s no elevator and the lift was broken. We had to lug a weeks worth of supplies up three flights of stairs. But fortunately, the lift was repaired before we left and all was good. Overall, great vacation and nice condo.
Great view! Rainy weather but the balcony was perfect.

Great place for family holidays

It was a fantastic holiday time. Beautiful property, private and very clean with amazing view. Clean swimming pool that was taken care of every day, perfect for relaxing. Amazing time!

It would have helped if we were advised that there was no elevator. Going up about 50 stairs for two in their 80’s is no simple task especially if you have to do it multiple times a day At least there was a dumb waiter for the luggage. The condo itself was very nice.

Great condo for a family of 4! Loved the nights on the patio with the wa da crashing on the beach.

Great location

Great location, cute, kid friendly condo! Be sure to ask for extra towels, bring your own spices and toilet paper. Also, there is no in unit washer/dryer. It is public. Not ideal but we were able to make due. Also, there is no elevator and the lift was broken the whole week. Otherwise, clean unit and great views. We enjoyed the property!

The location is beautiful & there are plenty of things to do near the property. The living room & kitchen were nice with a small balcony overlooking the beach. The bedrooms needed new carpet & the bathrooms needed new paint & towel bars were rusty.

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect place for a mother/daughter getaway weekend. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (not that we did a lot of cooking). Our only difficulty was accessing the door but a quick call to the office and we were good to go.

Great condo

This condo was great. The updates were really nice. The only couple of things we did not enjoy was the small master shower made it tight for an adult to use. The master mattress was not very comfortable, by the end of the week my husband slept on the bottom bunk in the 2nd bedroom and I slept on the couch. Other than that great stay!

Stayed here 3 days (Thurs- Sun) to extend on our week long vacation booked in Kill Devil Hills. The Villa was clean and matched description in listing. The stairs are the worst part of staying here. Our Villa (1C) was up 4 flights of stairs. NO ELEVATOR which is also listed in description. However, there is a Dumb Waiter you can use for all items needing to go to your Villa. You must lift them at chest level up over the deck railing though, which could be problematic for some. No in-unit washer/dryer so keep this in mind. Staying 3 days, this was no problem for us. Although we enjoyed our stay here, there was 1 major inconvenience that needs mentioning. If you cook/use a kitchen during your vacations, this Villa is NOT for you.Very minimal amount of plates, bowls, large size bowls plastic or glass. No large steamer pots for crabs/shrimp, or even a stock pot big enough that could be used. This Villa is literally just a bare bones "stocked" kitchen.(not a problem for some but definitely is for some people) I would stay here again, it would just be very inconvenient to have to bring the necessary kitchen items my family uses/needs while vacationing in OBX.

A great getaway

In general, the trip was thoroughly enjoyable. The property, situated alongside the water, provided a stunning perspective of the waterfront. Opening the balcony door allowed for a pleasant experience of listening to the soothing ocean waves. The staff at the property exhibited excellent communication skills and addressed all our needs and requests effectively. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the cleanliness of the kitchen and the quality of some kitchen utensils such as pots and pans, which appeared to be quite worn and used. The dishes also required more thorough washing as they had some residue and stains. Nevertheless, despite these minor issues, the location itself was fantastic, offering a great opportunity to enjoy beautiful water views and convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and more. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking such amenities.

Holiday stay at Sea Oats

We enjoyed our winter stay at this property very much. We've been visiting the Outer Banks after Christmas for several years and this was one of the better places we've stayed. The property is as described- central location, great beach views/balcony area, nice layout with natural light throughout. Many outdoor stairs to reach the 3rd fl. condo if that bothers you; wasn't an issue for us. The bathroom off the main bedroom area is quite small, but no big deal. Kitchen well-stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. The only issue we had was communicating with Housekeeping. They failed to provide kitchen trash bags and dishwasher pods/detergent and it took them 24-72 hrs. to bring these. At one point, we received a single Keurig pod and 6 bars of hand soap (?) instead of the detergent. A simple miscommunication, I suppose, but it was annoying as dirty dishes etc. piled up. That said, we would return to this condo!

A Little Piece of Paradise

We just returned home after a weeklong stay at Sea Oats. The trip couldn’t have gone better and we loved it! Check in was a breeze-the simple keyless entry was much appreciated after a long trip, when you just want to sit on something soft and not in a moving car. The condo is smaller, but it was clean and well maintained. We’re a family a 4 and it was just fine for the week. There’s normal wear and tear, as one finds with popular accommodations, but nothing outrageous. The views could not be beat-being literally 50 feet from the ocean is a dream come true when you have an ocean obsessed family like ours. My kiddos enjoyed the bunk beds and having a TV in the room, and we appreciated the streaming services set up on the TVs. The balcony ended up being my favorite spot-just to sit and listen to the waves without a care in the world is exactly what OBX is about for us. Any encounters we had with either KEES or maintenance was pleasant and helpful. The pool was clean (but cold) and basic, and it’s a very quiet property overall. The location to restaurants and shopping was wonderful as well. Overall, we had an amazing trip filled with wonderful memories, and hope to return to Sea Oats next year!

Lovely OBX Condo!

This was a great place for our family of four. We loved being close to the beach and also having access to the pool. The condo had everything we needed, except for laundry, which was located on the ground floor.

The obx

The obx is the most relaxing vacation ever. Staying on the beach is the way to go . We came down from pa and I must say that the hospitality of North Carolina is amazing people are so nice . We even threw the idea around about moving down there . We will be back next year and for years to come

Great spot to relax and renew. Plus you get your steps in!

The condo was perfect. The decor was updated and relaxing. The views were amazing. The stairs (3-4 flights depending on how you count them) would make this a challenge for some, but, for us, it was totally worth the extra effort!
