Spacious beautiful historic home, walk/bike to downtown, Palm Beach

This historic home (1918) is a 2-story classic located steps from the intracoastal. Walk or bike to downtown and enjoy Clematis Street and Rosemary Square, or to historic Palm Beach and Worth Avenue. Other properties claim to have great locations but check the map, this one is closest to downtown and a block from the Intracoastal Waterway, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Located just south of the Norton Museaum of Art and close to many great restaurants. Each floor has a full kitchen with bedrooms and bathrooms. The house would be great for large families or two families vacationing together. Separate front entrances. Second level has a lovely front balcony to enjoy those perfect South Florida nights. Very clean and well maintained, completely renovated less than 10 years ago. This is the perfect location, walk along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway every morning, only a block away. Outside patio area for relaxing and grilling. Full impact windows and doors provide add extra layer of quiet.

This property was extremely comfortable, convenient and very spacious. Our family of four spread out using three bedrooms over a three day weekend and it was a lovely place to return to each evening and enjoy one another over coffee in the morning. You can walk to a great coffee/breakfast spot at the Hive.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay. We arrived late at night and host was kind enough to meet us. Very clean and in walking distance to downtown West Palm. Would rent it again!

Jeanice and her guests were wonderful, very respectful of our home and left it well in order. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher when they left and even left us a memento of the Brothers in Arms Foundation event they were here to attend. Fantastic organization and quality people, they are welcome back anytime.

Delightful stay

My business group was in town for a trade event, and we were impressed with the property, and the owner was extremely helpful. The property and rooms were clean, spacious and accommodating, the decor is top shelf, and the patio with grill, off street parking and balcony for morning coffee are all really nice bonus features. It is walking distance to the business district, too. Highly recommend!
