The Space:

Villa Cantium is a beautifully presented 4-bedroom villa located within the popular Los Buganvillas community, a peaceful and well-maintained residential area just a short walk from the vibrant centre of Playa Blanca. With spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, lovely mountain and sea views, and a relaxed homely feel throughout, it’s a wonderful choice for families or friends looking to enjoy Lanzarote’s year-round sunshine.



Entering through the spacious hallway, you’re welcomed into a bright and airy lounge filled with natural light thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. To the east, views stretch across Lanzarote’s dramatic mountain landscape, while to the south you can enjoy glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean and the nearby island of Fuerteventura.



The living area has a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, with large sofas, a TV area, and tasteful decorative touches that instantly make the villa feel warm and welcoming. Just beside the lounge, the wooden dining area flows naturally into the modern fully equipped kitchen, which features integrated appliances, a dishwasher, washing machine, and everything needed for easy holiday living.



Large glass doors lead directly from the kitchen onto the terrace and pool area, making outdoor dining, family BBQs, and relaxed poolside afternoons wonderfully effortless.



Outside, Villa Cantium enjoys a sunny south-facing position with colourful bougainvillea, local palms, and pretty garden areas creating a peaceful outdoor setting. The large heated swimming pool is perfect for cooling off during the day, while the surrounding terrace offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the warm Canarian climate from morning through to evening.



The spacious master bedroom is bright and tastefully furnished, with French doors opening onto the garden area. It features a king-size bed and a modern ensuite shower room.



Bedroom two is also light and spacious, with a king-size bed and views towards the front of the villa. A separate bathroom with both a bath and shower is located nearby.



Bedrooms three and four are comfortable twin rooms with fresh modern décor and plenty of natural light, sharing a spacious family shower room.



All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, helping to keep the villa cool and comfortable during the warmer months.



Villa Cantium also offers an additional second living area complete with a sofa and desk, providing a useful space for reading, relaxing, or catching up on work remotely if needed. WiFi is available throughout the villa.



Guests staying at Villa Cantium also have access to the free community tennis courts within Los Buganvillas, while a local convenience shop is just a short stroll away. Playa Blanca’s beaches, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops are all within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the resort without needing a car.

The Neighborhood:

Located within the popular Los Buganvillas community, Villa Cantium enjoys a peaceful residential setting while still being conveniently close to the heart of Playa Blanca. The vibrant resort centre, with its wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and seafront promenade, is approximately a 20-minute walk away or just a 5-minute taxi ride.



For everyday essentials, the nearest supermarket is around a 10-minute walk from the villa, making it easy to stock up during your stay. The beautiful white sands of Playa Flamingo beach are also within easy reach, located just 2km away and perfect for relaxed beach days and family-friendly swimming.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
