Awesome Place

Cozy place to fit your whole large group traveling. Was close to all the ballparks we needed to play at for our baseball weekend. Highly recommend!

We loved being able to stay together in one place with nice bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. April has made the house so fun with all of it's cow decor & special touches. Perfect location for the parade and to make memories. Grandkids can't wait to return.

Chicory Outpost ended up being the PERFECT accommodations for our belly dance troupe to stay at while we were dancing at the Utah Renaissance Faire. Not only was it pretty close to the venue, but the big room in the basement has three lighted vanities, which were perfect for getting our hair and makeup done together in the morning. Staying here felt like more of a bonding experience rather than just a house we could all sleep in together. We loved the team quote murals and the inspirational cows! We are hoping to stay here again during the Ren Faire next year!!

Baseball Tournament Heaven

It was so nice to be so close to the fields, especially for those early early game times! The home was comfortable and had room for everyone. April was so quick to help us with everything we needed - even when we realized we had locked ourselves out. Thank you! Thank you!

Why they chose this property

We chose to have a property in Nephi, UT because we saw a need for sports teams to be able to stay in town during their tournaments here. The limited hotels are often booked, and of course team-building is possible if the team stays altogether in one house. Plus... it's easier to keep track of the team! This house is perfect for referees too, Or families to stay together while in Nephi.
