Located just 9 minutes South of Nephi, in the quiet little town of Levan sits this 1860’s cabin. With the city park, baseball field, and rodeo grounds located right out the back door, Levan canyon only a few short minutes up the road, and Yuba reservoir only 15 minutes away, it’s a great place to bring your atv’s, or head to the lake for the day. With Nephi also close by, it makes it easy to head to the Canyon Hills Golf Course, or a baseball tournament.

The town park is right out the back door of the cabin. It’s a beautiful park with big mature trees, a splash pad, baseball fields, and rodeo grounds all within walking distance of the cabin.

This cabin sits on a 1/2 acre. There’s horses, and chickens on the back half, and a great view of the town park. The wraparound porch gives you plenty of space and shade to hangout and relax.
