Villa Chavaniac - Spectacular Oceanfront Property

Villa Chavaniac is a unique oceanfront property on the island of Vieques. It is one of the few large oceanfront vacation rentals and offers 180 degree views of the merging of the Atlantic Ocean with the Caribbean Sea and the islands of Culebra, Puerto Rico and El Yunque National Rainforest.

Villa Chavaniac is a 3,900 square foot paradise comprising two separate levels of living and sleeping accommodation. The main suite 'ESPACE' is at the ocean level, but there are two fully self contained suites on the second level, which we have called 'VERDURE' and 'SOLEIL'. These two additional suites provide you with the option of increasing the sleeping accommodation of Villa Chavaniac from six, ten or fourteen guests. Our base rate is for a rental of the whole property but inquire with us for these options as well. We have a policy of not renting to separate groups, so our guests can fully enjoy the privacy of the property and its amenities.

Villa Chavaniac sits directly on the oceanfront in the beachside neighborhood of Bravos de Boston close to the main town of Vieques, Isabel II. The beach in front is rocky and not for suitable for swimming (it is for fishing and farther away on the reef, for surfing). It can only be accessed by stairs adjacent to the property. Most of the beaches in Vieques are in protected natural reserves.

The property is thoughtfully designed with air conditioning throughout, but may be completely opened to the outdoors to enjoy the constant ocean breezes and nature sounds.

Villa Chavaniac boasts a beautiful infinity pool. The pool sits directly on the ocean with the gentle waves lapping against the wall. There are ample terrace spaces with multiple seating and lounging areas, landscaped gardens, two outdoor showers, off street parking for three cars, and electronic security.

Throughout the entire property Villa Chavaniac offers wireless internet and air conditioning for when you might need it.

Suite ESPACE is located at ocean level and is the primary residence. It has three-bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you will be in your element preparing appetizers, dinners and cocktails. Three bedrooms with full ensuite bathrooms create the perfect environment for any combination of house guests. Two of the bedroom suites open to the pool terrace and ocean and the third bedroom has ocean and pool views. The flooring throughout is of white coral stone with matte blue accent tiles and blended tastefully with mahogany doors and muted paint colors. The furnishings are high end with unique pieces of art.

Suite SOLEIL is located on the second level of Villa Chavaniac and has a large outdoor terrace for outside dining, relaxing on a lounge chair, or simply taking in the views of the pool, Atlantic Ocean merging with the Caribbean Sea and the Island of Culebra. The two bedooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed both have air conditioning, and there are two full bathrooms. There is also a galley kitchen, living room, dining room, and private entry.

Suite VERDURE is directly adjacent to SOLEIL, has its very own large ocean front terrace with outdoor dining and lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the dramatic views of the Atlantic Ocean merging with the Caribbean Sea, as well as the main island of Puerto Rico and El Yunque National Rainforest. The two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed, both both offer air conditioning, and there is one full bathroom in addition to a galley kitchen, dining room, living room and private entry.
