Relax in this super clean two bedroom condo in a residential location with deeded beach access and on the shuttle route into town. Renovated bathroom in 2022 with beautiful tile. Kitchen is updated with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. The living room furniture is comfortable and clean. Enjoy one of the most spectacular beaches in Provincetown with views of the monument and Long Point 500 feet from your front porch.

This is a fabulous location - quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to relax this is it! But if you are looking for a place to party, please know this is not the condo for you.

Condo sleeps 4 comfortably. One bedroom has 2 queen beds while the other has 2 full beds. There is also a pull out couch in the living room.

Affordable option just outside of PTown

Cute house, very clean, great communication with the host. Love that beach chairs were provided. Well priced, a little outside of town, but overall very satisfied. Only things I would point out were that while it does have beach access, the beaches on the Atlantic side were cleaner, which isn’t walkable and there weren't any tissues.

My sons and I loved the place! It was the perfect size for us…didn’t feel cramped on rainy days. The location near the beach was awesome and the whole place was incredibly clean. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful. Gonna try and snag a spot for next year!

Comfy and clean

The condo was spotless, very well cared for, and cozy with many comforts of home. It’s also in a great location with beach access and just a short 8 minute drive to downtown for shopping and dining. Our hostess was very easy to communicate with and provided all the necessary details we needed to check in / out and get around town. We also appreciated all the restaurant suggestions and loved every one of them. We are at Squealing Pig, Ciro & Sals, and Liz’s Cafe, among others. Highly recommend!

Relaxing beach trip

Our small family of 3 enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed to relax and unwind. Beth was so prompt on replying to any message that was sent. It was the ideal location. Short walk to the beach and short drive into town. Provincetown has a relaxing, enjoyable vibe and we had a great time.

One week stay

The property was well maintained and we felt very comfortable with the many homey touches. The unit is located ideally near Provincetown. We dealt with property owner Beth. She was extremely helpful and accommodating during the pandemic and helped us to decide that Cape Cod was set up to handle visitors safely. And we had a great time. We were joined by my daughter and her husband part way through the week. We hadn’t been to the Cape in 12 years and it was a most enjoyable return.

Our Stay at The Cape

The area was along the shoreline for good morning walks. The property was clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. I liked the special touch of having access to beach chairs. The check in process and instructions were well written. We even checked out some of the dinning suggestions: the Squealing Pig and Ross' Grill. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

Family Wedding Weekend

This was the perfect location for our family while in Provincetown for a family wedding! It was very easy to catch the shuttle into town and we were just steps from the beach. The unit is nicely furnished and comfortable. We were extremely pleased with our choice and would definitely stay here again if we return to Provincetown!

Wonderful getaway

This was an excellent fit for our family of three. The interior is lovely- contemporary, fresh, and soothing. The location is excellent for access to Provincetown by bike or car, and all the Outer Cape has to offer. Exploring the beach during a breezy low tide is a treat. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay in Provincetown!!

We loved staying at this condo! There were four of us, two couples, and each bedroom is good sized. The bathroom was completed updated, and the kitchen and living room were great! It's literally 500 feet from the beach. We rented bikes and it was an easy bike ride into the city, or a $10-12 Uber ride. And there's a bus and shuttle. We would definitely stay again. The property manager Beth was awesome! A great experience!
