Perfect for families or large groups. Our Private Luxury Villa,with private pool, located in Seminyak 2 minutes walk to seminyak beach,.
This luxurious private villa located in the bustling area of Seminyak-Bali where the Bali's fashionable crowd lives and plays. Only a short stroll from the Petitenget beach and many trendy restaurants in the area, including Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, Hu'u Bar, Soho and Potato Head.

Covering an area of 10 are (1000 sqm) our Villa is divided into two area, the main house and a one-bedroom bungalow each with different entrances. We are sure that Our Villa will be a comfortable home to enjoy your holiday in Bali.

The main House of Villa has three large king sized double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and there is a separate bungalow with king sized bedroom and ensuite. The bungalow has a separate private entrance, so the property could be rented as three or four bedrooms. All four rooms have silent airconditioners.

The main living area is open plan, with kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has state of the art European appliances. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs for up to eight people. The living area has comfortable sofas and chairs and 75 inch Smart TV and surround sound DVD system and satellite TV. The Living area can be completely opened up to the lush gardens or if preferred can be closed with bi folding doors and full aircon.

The house and gardens are surrounded by lotus ponds. The area is very quiet and the only sounds at night are that of the waves from the nearby ocean or the frogs croaking in the ponds. There is a large pool with sun deck and bale. The villa provides full maid service and can provide chef service or driver on request.
If you need some pampering traditional Balines massage can be ordered to the villa.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Ketut was a fabulous host and the breakfast option was amazing. Ketut went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The villa was private and close too many great restaurants. Enjoyed being close enough to go for a daily morning walk on the beach.

Sensational villa with all the facilities you could need. Amazing pool with sunshine all day in the yard for those that love a tan. So close to great restaurants and shopping making it easy to get around. Ketut goes out of her way to ensure you have a wonderful time. Can’t wait to book our next stay.

Fabulous location

I have stayed in many villas in Bali and this one was a stand out. Location and size were outstanding. The pool was huge and in the sun all day. The other best part was Ketut the property manager. She was very helpful and looked after us all well. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Amazing property, location and staff!

Recommend this properly for an amazing stay in Seminyak. Well upkept and modern, it is perfectly located, close to beach, restaurants, clubs and shopping. Everything is within a few minutes walk. Property manager Ketut is amazing and helpful with every aspect of your stay. Will even make meals upon request and to your specifications. Will be returning here whenever in Balli.

Private Clean Relaxing Quiet Walking distance to everything. House & yard was cleaned every day, beds made, fruit cut & served, laundry & ironing done. Netflix, Spotify, beautiful pool, sunbeds, yard to kick ball around, throw a frisbee. Feeding all the koi fish in the various ponds was a real novelty. All our needs were met, awesome holiday!

Oasis amongst the action in Seminyak

2 couples staying at this amazing property. The photos don’t actually do it justice, this villa is fantastic. A few hundred metres from the beach and Seminyak village . Close to restaurants and bars but you don’t hear any of the noise . Then the villa manager Ketut was amazing , so helpful with whatever we needed . From a car to Mama San , to organising an ATV trip Best stay we have ever had in Seminyak! Hope to be back !

Absolutely loved our stay! The villa is huge and even better than the pictures. 4 huge bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. There’s heaps of space for 2 families or 4 couples. Ketut and her team looked after us so well!! Location is perfect; close to restaurants, beach clubs, beach and great shopping. All within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!!

The Pictures Don't Do It Justice! 5 Stars

This was the 4th time that I had visited Bali and on this trip I took 4 work colleagues for a conference and short vacation. The Villa we stayed in was great; right from booking and dealing with Tim through to the staff and Ketut when we were there (and also Wisnu the driver). The villa feels allot bigger when you are actually there when compared with the pictures online, if you are looking to be based in the centre of Seminyak but in a quiet area I don’t think you can do any better especially with the hidden alley way that comes in to the mall in Seminyak Village. Thank you again to Tim and all the staff for making our trip so amazing! I’ll definitely be back… Regards James
