A beautiful place. Everything you need from restaurants to supermarkets are a 5 minute drive away. The apartment is spacious the condo complex has a infinity pool with views of crash boat beach which is a less than a 10 minute drive. I recommend this place.

Quiet community. Pool area was very relaxing and nice to sit at during the evening hours to relax and see the beach. There is a grill and sink area at the pool side. The condo is very spacious.

This was a great place to stay! The condo and facilities were well kept and clean. There was a beautiful view of sunsets from the balcony. Very safe gated community. And close to everything! We enjoyed our visit to the west side of Puerto Rico and look forward to visiting again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was incredibly spacious and clean upon arrival. And it was easy to get to with no stairs. There was plenty of room on the kitchen for two (and probably more) people. It was in a nice location with several close restaurants and coffee shops. Our host was responsive to our questions. The pool was very nice. We would highly recommend this property.

I love this condo complex for its location and have stayed in various condos within it. This particular condo was the best so far. It had all the amenities you could ever want! I believe things were being left by previous renters and it was great. There where pool noodles, snorkeling gear, boogie boards etc.

Perfect Island Paradise

We enjoyed our stay in Puerta Del Mar. David’s place was very clean and comfortable and it had all the amenities needed for our stay. David was prompt at getting back to us when we had any questions or concerns. I had reached out a few days prior to our arrival to see if there would be any possibility of already having milk and coffee at the condo since we would be getting in late or if not, we would try to stop at a store on the drive there. David went above and beyond and got these items for us so all we needed to do was get settled in and have no extra stress! That was so kind of him! The only negative thing I will say (which isn’t David’s fault at all) is the neighbors who lived directly below us would smoke their cigarettes every morning while we were on the balcony outside, trying to enjoy the beautiful view and our breakfast. That was a bummer because we would have spent longer mornings outside. Other than that minor issue, we would definitely recommend his place and would come back again! Thank you for being a great host, David!
