Welcome to Sparrows Nest, a brand-new modern-meets-mountain retreat in Sevierville, TN! This serene escape offers 3 king bedrooms, a private hot tub, firepit, and stylish interiors-all just minutes from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. Perfect for families, friends, & even your pup!

Before you arrive you will also be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
To finalize your reservation, all guests are required to complete a short registration and electronically sign a rental agreement after booking. A secure link will be provided via our property management system, hospitable. This helps us maintain a safe and seamless experience for everyone.

Clean rooms, cozy beds and very nice decor, fireplace. Hot tub in back yard but too cold to use it in January. Towels for hot tub, washer /dryer available and large dog crate to use for our pups to stay.

Great new house in a great location for Pigeon Forge vacation

This is a brand new house and it’s really pretty and well decorated.It had absolutely everything we needed.Location wise it is in a convenient location just 10 min away from the Pigeon Forge.We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come again!
