With 3 bedrooms containing a full bed and two twin beds, this charming retreat offers a rustic experience with modern day upgrades, including air conditioning, dishwasher and washer dryer. Dine in with exterior views through a wall of windows or dine out on the spacious deck overlooking the large backyard. This setting is just 1.5 miles from East Matunuck Beach via pedestrian route--bike or walk there without waiting in summer traffic. Stroll next door for breakfast at Snug Harbor Marina Grill. You are also steps from local marinas, a public boat launch, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, and ball fields. If you are looking for a break from the peace and serenity that this location offers, take a ten minute drive to Matunuck Beach Road for live music at the Ocean Mist or ocean side views at The Pub in Matunuck. This cottage is adjacent to two others and served by a shared driveway. There is potential for sleeping two, eight or ten additional persons by booking one or both of the adjacent cottages, subject to availability. You may bring up to two pets with you at a pet fee of $150 per pet. Enjoy all that South Kingstown has to offer and make unforgettable memories with family, friends and pets! Amenities include air conditioning, exterior cameras and charcoal grill. Comforters and pillows are provided. Travelers supply their own sheets and towels.

Cottage was wonderful! In a great location near beaches, great restaurants and shops. We checked out a few beaches, Scarborough was our favorite. Ample space for my family inside and out. You can hear the boats from the marina next door while sipping your coffee on the back deck!

Quaint New England cottage

The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

This home was fine for the 2 nights we stayed, very bare bones. A/C unit is in the living so if you close the bedroom doors there is no air. No fans provided for any of the bedrooms. The mattresses are covered in Plastic that was super noisy and uncomfortable. The patio furniture needs refreshing and maybe some covers when not in use. Location is good, 15 minutes to the BI Ferry.

Location was convenient near beaches, ferry, town. Living area was as listed. Bedrooms had plastic mattress toppers that were noisy and uncomfortable. AC was located in living room and didn’t reach bedrooms even with door opened, had to purchase a fan for main bedroom. No curtains on any windows, sunlight came through at 5:30am every day. Bathroom was too small for family use.
