Experience East Matunuck Beach living at its best! This fully equipped one-bedroom cottage at The Village at Potters Pond is your ideal vacation destination. Enjoy a short stroll to the beach, paddle in the Salt Pond just steps from your door, and savor nearby dining options like Captain Jacks and Matunuck Oyster Bar. Relax on the deck with sunset views over the salt pond and stay comfortable with central A/C and high-speed Wi-Fi.
For outdoor enthusiasts, there`s a kayak ramp across the street, an outdoor shower for post-beach clean-up, and the potential to reserve a boat slip on our private docks. *Boat slips are limited and priced at $35/day. *If interested in securing a boat slip dock, reservations MUST be made prior to the reservation.*
The unit features a king bed and an optional pull-out couch (linens available for an extra fee). Guests can also access Potter`s Pond with kayak ramps and enjoy a short walk to East Matunuck State Beach. Inquire about kayak, paddleboard, beach chair, and umbrella rentals to make your stay even more enjoyable!

This little home had everything that we needed for a 4 night stay. It was centrally located to where we wanted to be. Thirty minutes to Newport and only 17 minutes to the University of Rhode Island. (Went to our grandsons hockey game) would definitely recommend

Modern Beach Getaway in South Kingston

We recently stayed in Mantunuck at a modern well appointed property with a water view. The property is spacious with a king sized bed, kitchen, walk in shower, living space and deck. Check in was a breeze and the property manager sent a list of local food, beaches, and things to do in the area. The area beaches are spectacular along with boat watching at Point Judith harbor. We are looking forward to staying at the property next year.
