This spacious house has everything you need for a short or long term stay, propped in the safest neighborhood!
Your new home away from home boasts a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, full bath, high efficiency washer/dryer, WiFi, and smart tv.
This property is home to owls, eagles, beavers, and river otters so keep your eye out for cool wildlife!
If you’re lucky, you can see the bald eagle swoop down and grab a fish out of the river!

The space
Located near the end of a private road with only 5 other buildings, this is the safest neighborhood around! Ample parking for even larger vehicles. Nearby is the entrance to amazing mountain bike trails, the riverwalk, the casino, and a few short miles to downtown! A train passes by about the distance of 2 blocks away on occasion. The guidebook includes great places to dine as well as some fun activites for everyone!

There are 2 dogs that live next door(see photos). Their names are Buster(cattle dog) and Justina(basset hound… Busters momma). They free roam sometimes. They do bark when cars pull up, including mine lol. They’re quite friendly once you meet them though. They’re just doing their job of keeping an eye out . If you bring a dog, please have it on a leash and be aware that the cattle dog next door does have herding tendencies if he sees an animal sprinting across the yard.

If the neighbor dogs are out and they are a concern, simply tell them the command “Go” and point away… they will listen.
They do like to stop by and say hi, so if you love dogs like I do, they will gladly come to you for pets.
