House in gated community, 450m from the beach. It has three bedrooms, one suite; three social bathrooms and one half bath. Terrace with barbecue, privileged position overlooking the Serra do Mar and in front of the pool of the condominium. The condo has beach service, security 24 hours and places for 02 vehicles. The house is complete and little rented, has a wine cellar, freezer, refrigerator, air conditioning in all rooms and all the domestic amenities for the renter.
According to the internal regulations of the condominium, the maximum number of occupants allowed is 08 adults and 02 children.

Excelente casa, limpa e arejada

Casa excelente, aproveitamos tudo que a casa oferece...churrasqueira, piscina e o belíssimo mar de Juquehy. "Comentei com a minha esposa como a casa estava limpa e bem arrumada". Viajamos com uma criança de 03 meses e a casa nos ofereceu toda estrutura, foi como estivéssemos em nossa casa. Obrigado Jacqueline, com certeza voltaremos. Obs: a casa fica de frente a piscina do condomínio, aproveitamos muito.

Fomos recebidos com um lindo bilhete e uma champanhe! Fez toda a diferença! Casa ótima, tudo arrumado, todos os utensílios . Casa em frente a área de piscina e recreação. Isso é um diferencial. É a melhor casa do condomínio. Porteiros e zeladores super atenciosos. O condomínio tem uma máquina de gelo a vontade... foi super útil! Recomendo e fortemente voltaremos lá!

Ficamos em 5 adultos e um bebê na casa por 7 dias, no período do réveillon. A recepção pela Jacqueline foi impecável e surpreendente. A casa é num condomínio excelente, ótima localização e super tranquilo. Ideal para familia. A casa é super bem equipada, muito limpa e arejada. Não falta nada. Pretendemos voltar outras vezes.

A casa superou nossas expectativas! Casa limpa e super organizada! Estivemos em 9 pessoas, confortavelmente acomodadas. Camas e colchões novos, ar condicionado em todos os quartos, funcionando super bem. A distribuição da casa é ótima, com uma área com churrasqueira muito agradável. O condomínio é uma delícia, super tranquilo, e a localização da casa é a melhor, bem na frente da piscina, as crianças curtiram demais... O condomínio é muito bem cuidado, com jardinagem impecável... O caminho para praia também é muito gostoso... Enfim, recomendo a casa 100%, sem restrições... E a Jacqueline, dona da casa, é uma querida e muito atenciosa em todos os detalhes! Casa completa. Muito organizada e limpa. A melhor localização dentro do condomínio que, por sinal, é lindo, muito bem cuidado, seguro e com funcionários extremamente atenciosos. Acesso à praia por um caminho muito agradável e rápido. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar com minha família!
