Located in the prestigious Pinnacle Point Golf and Beach Estate (voted the #1 Golf Course in South Africa, 2016), Serenity Villa is a stately and modern home, facing hole #2.

The house is surrounded by the endemic local coastal flora of the Western Cape (called Fynbos), and enjoys stunning views of the Indian Ocean, and the beautiful golf course.

The home is as an entertainers dream, with a stoop outfitted with a built in gas grill and a small Weber. Upstairs, there is an equally spacious stoop offering commanding views of practically the entire Estate.

The Dining room (ocean and fynbos views) seats 10 people, and there are an additional six stools on the kitchen bar.

The private swimming pool enjoys a wind protected setting. It is also North facing, so most of the delicious sunlight covers this area for many hours.

All the bedrooms enjoy premium mattresses, pillows and bedding (linens). You are sure to enjoy a wonderful night's sleep.

There is a garage for your convenience. A 4-seater golf cart is included in rentals longer than 7 days. Otherwise , there is a small daily fee of R350 to rent it.

The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, if cooking is your thing. However, if you need a day off from the kitchen, we suggest a visit to the Pinnacle Point Club house, or drive to one of the many restaurants in Mossel Bay, located less than 5 kilometers away.

Pool:

Beware that the pool is not fenced off and children must be supervised

Satellite Television:

DStv Premium is available for long-term rentals (3 weeks +), otherwise, we provide DStv Extra. If you must have DStv Premium for your stay of less than 3 weeks, we will gladly upgrade the service for a nominal fee of R150.
