The upper level open-concept living, dining and kitchen is spacious and has plenty of seating for your entire group.  The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking and dining. The entire home has been freshly painted and decorated in cheerful colors. Your rental includes free high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV in both living rooms, a DVR upstairs, VCR downstairs, a fireplace, a Weber grill, a propane grill, an outdoor shower, and beach towels for your convenience.
Also on the upper level you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed and full ensuite.  You will love the ocean views and deck access.  The deck is the perfect spot for sunning or an afternoon nap in the hammock.  The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee or dining alfresco.
Also on the upper level is a second guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full ensuite.
The garden level features a second large living room with a TV, DVD player, and VCR, along with three daybeds (plus a trundle) and a half bath. Two king bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom and open onto a private patio with views of the dunes leading to the ocean.
A 4-seat golf cart is included, allowing you to explore the island and enjoy the resort amenities. Many guests choose to park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their main mode of transportation for a laid-back island experience.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
