Welcome to your perfect getaway! This beautifully remodeled 3-BR, 2-BA home with hot tub offers a spacious & inviting atmosphere for families & groups alike. Located just 28 minutes from Blue Oval City & 45 minutes from Memphis, you`ll enjoy the convenience of nearby attractions while relaxing in a peaceful environment. It features a spacious backyard patio w/ a BBQ grill, EV charger, a cozy king suite w/ an en-suite bath, and two additional well-appointed bedrooms.

For the health and safety of all our guests, the home will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest`s arrival.

The entire home has been renovated and has all new furnishings and new stainless-steel appliances.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, loveseat, electric fireplace and a 55` Roku TV with remote. Streaming services are available with guest`s own accounts. The perfect place for relaxing, reading and watching movies! Board games, card games are located inside the TV stand.

The dining room offers a large dining table with seating for 6 people.

Enjoy the coffee bar located off the kitchen with seating for two.

The primary bedroom has a King size bed, bedside tables & lamps, and luggage racks. There`s a full bath with a walk-in shower, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, bedside tables & lamps, and luggage racks.

Bedroom 3 has (two) twin beds, bedside table & lamp, and luggage racks.

The bathroom has a tub/shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. The vanity has one sink. Hairdryer provided for guest use.

The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils silverware, dishes, glasses and more. There is a Keurig coffee maker, a French Press, & electric hot water kettle. Regular/decaf coffee pods, tea, creamer & sweeteners/sugar provided. A variety of spices, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar provided.

There`s a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use.

We are dog friendly and allow 1 dog per reservation. There is a pet fee. Please include a pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged. Please see house rules for more information.

Guests will have access to the entire house and yard.

There is room for multiple vehicles in the driveway for parking. You`re welcome to park under the carport.

Check-in instructions, address, WiFi password and WiFi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guest arrival. Check-out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.

This home has one camera at the front door facing the front yard and one camera under the carport facing the driveway. Both cameras will be on during your stay. There are no cameras inside the home. We respect our guest`s privacy when they stay at our home.

No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the home.

Dogs are welcome, please see house rules for requirements. Sorry, no cats or other animals allowed.

Pet Rules:
Dogs are permitted by request only and upon approval. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (max weight 50lbs). There is a pet fee. Please include your pet when booking so the fee will automatically be added to your reservation. Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed when outside. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Sorry, no cats or other animals are allowed.


Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher.
Place dirty towels in bathroom tub.
Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans outside.
Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors.
Leave temperature set at 68 degrees.
