As advertised, nice space. Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed taking advantage of the bikes each day. Had a couple of technical issues but overall was good. Would have loved if the grass in the backyard was mowed on Friday instead of Monday. In this summer heat and rain grass grows quickly!

We love this house! This was our second stay because the location is great, always clean, and great communication from Darrel. There was an issue with the a/c, but Darrel was on top of getting it fixed. Hope to stay here again!

My family had an amazing time, in fact they wanted to move in for good lol. This is a very kid friendly rental. Clean, comfortable and well-stocked accommodations and the location was ideal. Communications with our host couldn’t have been easier or more smooth from check-in to check-out. 10/10 would recommend.

A hidden gem in New Smyrna

With multiple beach access points within walking distance this property is one of the best to avoid the crowded public ramps and parking lots in New Smyrna while still being close enough to downtown shops and restaurants. It is also only a short drive from the end of the beach where you can park and watch launches from Cape Canaveral day or night.
