This home was beautiful and spotless! We loved the beautiful view from the front windows and the convenient location. We were able to quickly drive to the spit and other locations in Homer. We also appreciated that there were 3 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The house was thoughtfully stocked with coffee, laundry detergent, and other essentials. We hope to return to Homer someday and would love to stay here again!

Family of 5 visit to Homer. We loved the house- very comfortable. Beautiful accommodations and beautiful views. The house had everything we needed, and was very well equipped and clean. 3 bedroom/3 bath. There was a guest journal with good recommendations. Three Moose Kayak Adventures is a must! We would definitely stay at this house next time we are in Homer!

Everything was great. The only struggle we had for some of the people in our group was the stairs used to get to the deck stairs. A railing would have been very helpful in our situation.

We had a very short stay. This is a very nice property, clean and well equipped with nice linens and well thought out conveniences. Glitch with TV was addressed as soon as the owner was informed. Traffic noise is definitely noticeable but if that doesn’t bother you you’ll like this place. Lovely view from small front deck.

Perfect location and house.

The house was exactly like the photos. Super clean and there was good communication with the owner. We had everything we needed and the location was super close to town. We would definitely book this house again.

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Our kids are ages 11-18 and they all had something to do during our downtime in the house.The location is close enough to all the places we planned to visit around Homer. We definitely recommend this rental and would use it again should the opportunity arise.

We were delighted with this rental home! It’s clean, beautiful, very thoughtfully appointed and there was nothing we could’ve needed that we didn’t find! It can be hard to sleep in the summertime in Alaska and they thought of everything to mitigate that concern. There are blackout curtains, motion sensored nightlights…it was amazing. The beds and bedding were comfortable, there was plenty of space to gather or cook a meal. We really loved our stay and will be back!!

Nice place with a beautiful view!

Georgous views of the mountains and just a sort distance from town and the Home Spit. 3 bedrooms and 3 bsthrooms. One bedroom was a bit small but not too small. Other two bedrooms were larger and had in suite bathrooms. Beds and other furniture was nice and comfortable. Host made the check in process very easy. One drawback was the number of steps leading up to the front door with our heavy luggage.

This is such a cute place close to town with a wonderful view. The bed/bath setup was perfect for our family. The beds were really comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Conveniently located to Homer and the Homer Spit. Very clean. Plenty of space for our family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 16 & 13). Well stocked for cooking and eating at the house. Great news of the Cook Inlet. We would stay here again and would recommend this house to similarly sized groups.

We are Bobbi & Pete, years-long vacation rental hosts who live in Homer, Alaska. Alaska is a special place to us with Bobbi a born-and-raised Homer girl, and Pete with 42 years in the state. We last hosted in gorgeous Northern Idaho for nearly 7 years and love playing host and guest in beloved destinations throughout Alaska and the Pacific Northwest (Whidbey Island, WA).
Bobbi works as a behavioral health therapist while Pete enjoys various projects and hobbies in his retirement as a fisheries biologist. Two young daughters and our black lab keep us "on our toes". Feel free to reach out to us with any questions as it is our privilege to welcome you to the lower Kenai Peninsula!

This area is conveniently close to town but offers Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mountain peek-a-boo views from the front porch and south-facing windows. Fine dining and casual eating establishments are within 2 miles while stunning beaches are almost all within 5-10 minutes (by vehicle). This home is an easy left turn as you make your way down Baycrest Hill into Homer, an inviting respite after your drive to the "End of the Road"!
