Welcome to Krneza, a peaceful Dalmatian village situated 15 km north of Zadar, the ancient pearl of Mediterranean culture. House has two apartment.The apartment has a spacious terrace and a beautiful view on Ljubac bay, the mountain range Velebit and the south part of the island of Pag. Four national parks: Paklenica, Krka, Kornati and Plitvice are on a a 45-60 minute car ride distance. The apartment is built in wood and stone, the traditional buiding materials of this land. It is equipped with LED TV, WI-FI, air condition and all kitchen appliances. Free covered parking place is included and there are swings for children, swimming pool, and a barbecue in the yard. The nearest sandy beach is 2 km far away. We offer a unique experience of Mediterranean and continent in one to our guests.

Incredible view, lovely swimming pool

Marina and her family were such welcoming hosts. We were even invited to join then for a delicious Sunday lunch of grilled meat cooked over wood. Delicious! The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Wi-Fi was excellent.You won't be spending too much time indoors though as you'll want to marvel at the perfect views from the terrace! The swimming pool is shared with Marina's other property but is actually a bit bigger than it looks in the photos. Lovely to swim when it's dark and the mood lighting is on in the pool. Loads of places to visit near by, you are never far away from a beach, our favourite being the pebble beach at Vrsi which is only ten minutes drive away. Not as crowded as the others but has lots of places to eat and drink. The water is lovely and clear, prefect for swimming and a lovely place to watch the sun go down. All in all one of the best holidays we've had, Croatia is such a beautiful country. Thank you Marina!

Wunderschöne 2 Wochen

Wir durften 14 Tage bei Marina und ihrer Familie unseren Urlaub verbringen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Marina und ihre Familie sind ganz liebe herzliche Menschen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Der Pool mit Blick auf das Meer war ein Highlight. Man ist schnell an etlichen Stränden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns einfach sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Lieben Dank nochmal an Marina für Eure Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Schöne familiäre Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Wir waren im Juli für zwei Wochen als Familie mit drei kleinen Kindern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist einfach großartig und durch die dörfliche Lage ist es auch schön ruhig. Von der Terrasse aus lassen sich abends herrliche Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit kalten Getränken und einer großen Schale Tomaten empfangen, so dass wir uns gleich willkommen fühlten. Die Fewo hat ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett im EG und über eine Treppe gelangt man auf eine, über dem Wohnbereich befindliche Empore, auf der sich drei einzelne Betten mit Nachtschränken befinden. Im Schlafzimmer, sowie auf der Empore hat man viel Platz zum Verstauen der Kleidung. Die Empore ist vom Schlafzimmer durch einen Dielenboden getrennt und dadurch hellhörig. Eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen auch während der Nacht. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts waren wir sehr begeistert von der außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft unserer Vermieter. Immer wieder wurden wir mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Auch bei kleineren Notfällen (Wespenstich etc.) waren sie sofort hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung klappte super. Marina und ihre Familie waren jederzeit zu einem Plausch bereit und stehen mit Ausflugstipps Rat gebend zur Seite. In der Nähe der Ferienwohnung befindet sich ein familienfreundlicher Sandstrand. Hier kann man mehrere 100m ins Wasser gehen, bevor es richtig tief wird. Das war für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern ideal. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es aber auch Strände, an denen man schneller ins tiefe Wasser gelangen kann. Direkt an der Fewo befindet sich ein schöner Pool, der von der Größe her ideal ist. Von hier aus hat man eine tolle Sicht über das Dorf bis hin zur Adria. Über ein paar Stufen gelangt man auf die erste Ebene des Pools, auf der kleine Kinder gut spielen können. Am Pool hat man auf mehreren Liegen und Stühlen die Möglichkeit, sich auszuruhen oder sich mit vorhandenen Luftmatratzen und Schwimmreifen auf dem Wasser zu vergnügen. Im Dorf kann man sich an einem kleinen Stand mit einheimischem Obst und Gemüse versorgen. Die nächsten größeren Läden befinden sich in Zadar und Posedarje. Einen kleinen Laden und Bäcker gibt es aber auch schon in Razanac. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige schöne Ausflugsziele (Altstadt von Zadar, die Inseln, Winnetoustätten, ruhige Buchten). Direkt neben der Fewo gibt es eine weitere mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Auch diese ist sehr schön.

Heerlijke zomervakantie met prachtig uitzicht.

Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig op een heuvel met uitzicht op het landschap en de zee. De verhuurders wonen zelf in de woning en ze verhuren 2 appartementen. Hiermee wordt het zwembad gedeeld. Voldoende privacy. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst en erg sociale mensen. Op zondag kregen we zelfs een bbq aangeboden. Locatie is een goede uitvalbasis voor het bezoeken van de steden, het strand en de parken. Een auto is hier wel noodzakelijk. Heerlijke 2 weken zomervakantie gehad.

The place is wonderfull, clean, confortable, so quiet and not too far from Zadar which is a cute city. The view from the swimmingpool is incredible. Marina cares for the customer as if it was his family. Thanks to her.

Marina has a beautiful property. She greeted my dad and I in such a warm manner that it felt like family. Though her place may be off the beaten path, it was definitely the escape my dad and I were looking for. Truly a beautiful space. And though we didn't end up using them, we were given access to the swimming pool and barbeque. Marina was very kind, generous, and easy to communicate with.
