The property has potential, but several items need attention. The beds are very firm and could use mattress toppers. The couches are uncomfortable with metal bars that can be felt through the cushions. There are also several maintenance issues, including a broken trash drawer, a back door that does not close properly, a leaking bathroom sink, and a loose towel rack. The pickleball court has a large crack that could be a safety concern, and the patio fan cap fell off when turned on, releasing bugs and debris. A larger coffee maker and an ice maker would also be helpful for a house this size. We also did not feel completely comfortable with the surrounding neighborhood.

Mattress comfort is a personal preference, and our mattresses are highly rated with over 100,000 reviews. Many guests have even asked us for the link to purchase the same ones. We’ve also replaced the couches based on your feedback and addressed the maintenance items mentioned. We provide two coffee makers, one drip coffee maker and one Keurig K-Cup machine, which we felt would be sufficient for the home. Thank you for bringing these things to our attention so we can continue improving for future guests.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this house and would never come back. The house itself is very spacious and has been redone nicely. However it is in a very questionable neighborhood that seems to be at the beginning stages of gentrifying but has a long way to go. There were ants throughout the house including in the bedrooms and in some of the bedding. There are 3 couches that are not conducive to sitting on because of metal bars throughout. We stayed for 3 days and had to live out of suitcases because there are not any dressers, chest of drawers, or armoires. To get in and out of the property you have to open and close gates (that don’t align well) using a difficult manual lock. This is the only negative review I’ve ever written and it saddens me to not be able to recommend this house however this is info I wish I had known before booking it.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and I’m sorry the home didn’t meet your expectations. Just to clarify, all bedrooms have closets, which is why we don’t have dressers or armoires. The gate is for added security, which most guests appreciate compared to an open driveway, and it can also be left open if preferred. We also have regular pest control. You didn’t tell us about the ants during your stay, so we didn’t have a chance to address the issue. We’re always happy to help when guests let us know.

Perfect for a girls trip. We had a pickleball tournament and then cooled off in the AC. The location was the perfect distance to everything we wanted to see and do. It slept 11 of us comfortably. Would definitely rebook and come back again!
