Host was extremely friendly and responsive, however wish there was a “Welcome Book” with basic information about house, pool, check out duties, etc. Also, the house wasn’t super clean; seemed to be random things left from family before (sock, goggles, bottle caps in pool area, some bugs throughout the house). Some lights in the entertainment/dining room weren’t working properly, would flicker. Seemed to go through towels very quickly (between bathing and pool time with 8 people), had to do laundry a couple of times during our stay. Like I said, the host Julio was very nice and responsive through text, and the house served its purpose as a place for us to stay, but maybe just a few tweaks to the house to make this stay even better!

The home was amazing!! It was very spacious and clean. My family loved all of the amenities in the backyard including the Pool/Hot tub, the bbq area, and the water slide. The host was very responsive and helpful with anything I needed during my stay. I would definitely book this home again.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The backyard was amazing and way bigger than it looked like in the pictures. The grotto and water slide were an added bonus that everyone enjoyed. I had some questions in regards to the spa and Julio, the owner was extremely helpful and got back to me in minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect house for a large group with kids. The kids were over the moon about the amazing pool with the slide; the hot tub is also large and comfortable and heats up fast. The kitchen has ample prep space and many utensils and (rare in a rental!) a lot of spices available. There is tons of seating - multiple large sofas, and tables with seating. (There aren't pictures of these areas, but there's multiple living areas with very comfortable sofas, and multiple tables, etc.)
