This was the perfect place for our family. The property is beautiful and spacious. My family of 10 traveled from Louisiana to visit family in Antioch. Kim, the host, is very responsive and accommodating. We are already planning our trip to visit again.

We come to discovery bay every year and have stayed in a number of different houses. This is by far the best house itself. Plenty of room in the house and out on the deck. Deck has covered area when things are hot. Dock is great with room for a boat and other toys. Would stay again

Kim was very friendly helping us with questions we brought up when staying on the property. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and ready for my group's stay. We really enjoyed the waterfront and we're already talking about going back next year :)

Spacious Home

This home is exactly as pictured - very clean. This is the perfect place for a large couples getaway as the home is has many large, comfortable king beds. We spent most of our time relaxing on the large deck. We watched the boats pass by and the sunset each night. I worked from this house on one of the days we were there and the WiFi was excellent. Check in was seamless and we will certainly be back!

Loved, loved, loved it!!!!

We had such a great stay here! Loved the many separate bedrooms—perfect for giving everyone their own space. The open gathering areas, both inside and out, were wonderful for spending time together. The large fridge and full-sized freezer were amazing for storing all our food, and there were plenty of towels and supplies. The outdoor shower was such a nice bonus after a day in the water. We enjoyed using the provided kayaks, and we brought our own swim pad to attach to the dock—perfect for the kids (and adults!) to jump in and play, even with the current. Kim was quick to respond and very easy to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

First VRBO Guest Review

It was our family's privilege to be the first VRBO guests at this amazing house. We have a large family of 10 adults, 6 children, and 1 dog, and there was plenty of room for all of us! We also brought our boat so it was great to be located close to the fast water entrance. Our family spent most of our time together in the kitchen and adjacent large living room. We love to cook, eat and spend time together and this was a perfect setting for all that to happen. Being the first VRBO guests, we did encounter a couple of issues. However, Kim, our host, did an incredible job of communication and aggressively addressing these issues and left us with such a positive impression, that we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This home has been the best that we have rented so far! SO much room-spacious bedrooms and beds for our family group of 17. We are saving this house and will be renting it again. Kim was so easy to work with and it was an easy and smooth process. We can’t wait to rent it again!
