Please throw trash away. Trash is located on the side of the home. Friday morning is garbage day.
Please lock all windows, sliding patio doors & exterior doors before you go!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
2 car Max. No parking on grass or streets. No boats, trailers, campers parked in driveway/neighborhood. No parties or business operations allowed.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool and must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the residence. Owner is responsible for cleaning up waste.
Guests may be responsible for any damaged or lost items - An inventory list has been take. Owner can evict tenants if rules are not followed.
