"Perfect for our crew! I rented this property for a team of workers on a project in Augusta, and it was exactly what we needed. The house was clean, well-maintained, and in a quiet area that allowed the team to actually rest after long shifts. The home worked out well for our needs. Good location for places we needed to get to. We would consider staying again if we had a need. No issues, however just a few items that need attention such as the stove has a front burner that doesn’t work, dryer squeals when using could be a drum belt needing replacing. The ice maker in fridge not working, but we had bagged ice and trays to fill.

Charming indeed. This property was very clean. There was plenty of room for all of us. Tina and Ron were such great hosts as well. Very responsive to emails/texts. Location is a quiet little neighborhood yet close to shopping and sightseeing. I would stay here again if given the chance and needed to head to GA for anything!
