Waikiki Banyan 1 Bedroom with Parking!

Waikiki fully furnished one bedroom condo located on the 12th floor of the popular 'Waikiki Banyan'. The condo has a full kitchen and a lanai with partial ocean views. There is Free wifi, flatscreen cable tv, ac, and garage parking. The hotel has a large amenity area with pool, jacuzzi, and convenience store and laundry facility.

ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting April 7th, 2025 there will be complete renovation and closure of the 6th floor rec deck. This will include pool, jacuzzies, BBQ's, playground, and all lounge areas. There will be noisy work occurring Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm. The 6th floor restrooms and sauna will remain open for majority of the project, but access will be limited. This project is expected to last 12-14 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced.

ATTENTION! Please be advised that the building is expecting to begin a complete renovation of the rec deck, which will include, rec deck closure and loud work. This work will occur, Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm. A schedule is tentative, but is expected to begin around March- or April 2025, and will last 12-14 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced.

Great value and great location!

I am a former resident who returns to visit family on the island often. This place was very budget friendly and the location perfect and only a five minute walk to “the strip” and Waikiki beaches. It is on the quieter side of “waiks” ( as Waikiki is affectionately known) and the included parking is a huge bonus. The place was clean and well appointed with the little things provided (dish soap, a few laundry pods, even qtips, ear plugs and water! Very thoughtful! The check in and checkout process was a breeze due to the excellent step by step instructions and great communication. This is a great place to stay for a couple or small family! I would definitely stay here again.
