Nice apartment, has all you need. Located in the basement, so you don’t have much daylight. Very quiet, good communication with the owner. Make sure you ask prior your stay if your car fits in the garage, tiny place to park :-)

Three weeks day paid in advance full amount and was advertised with one parking spot that owner never let us utilize. We had to leave after only one night of stay owner would not budge on letting us park in the parking place. No parking on the street as as did not have permit just moved there. Terrible experience very expensive. Will never rent with her again!

We’re sorry to hear this stay didn’t meet the tenant's expectations. The listing notes that the parking space requires pre-approval of the vehicle size before arrival, as the space is very small and limited. This helps us ensure guests can safely use it when suitable. Large SUV's will not fit. A temporary street parking permit was offered as an alternative but was not used. Street parking is also generally available nearby. While we’re new to VRBO, we’ve maintained a 4.98/5 rating on Airbnb by providing a clean, comfortable apartment in the heart of Dupont. It’s unfortunate the stay ended early without further discussion, as we would have gladly tried to resolve the issue. We appreciate the feedback and will continue striving to provide a great experience for future guests.
