Beautifully renovated apartment, well appointed and thoughtfully designed for the professional/sophisticated visitor to Washington. This spacious apartment is an entire floor in a historic large Brownstone on a block of beautiful imposing historic homes. It features high 10' ceilings, recessed lighting, light walls, good natural light and a large open kitchen/livingroom, which give it a bright and open feeling. It's new hardwood floors, open full service Viking kitchen and bath round out the thoughtful details in making this a comfortable and desirable retreat.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, custom closet and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, custom closet. Both rooms have lovely natural light and black out shades. The kitchen/family room, has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa.

This lovely apartment is on Gallery Row (R Street between Connecticut and 21st Street), a stones throw from The Phillips Collection and home to interesting restaurants, cafes, bistros, shops, spas, galleries, museums jazz clubs and parks.

We are centrally located with easy walking to the ample cuisine choices throughout the neighborhood and it is easy to access all of the city via public transportation. There are an abundance of bike share, car share and scooter share opportunities in close proximity. Google the options or contact us for resources so that you can register in advance.

You are in an ideal location for transit, 1.5 block away from the DuPont Metro Station (Red Line) at on 20th and Q St.

Property was comfortable, very spacious and good kitchen. Written instructions for appliances would have been good. No access to rubbish bins at the back of the house, had to walk around the block carrying the rubbish. A bit disappointed in the lack of communication to emailed questions about the property.

Great location

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect with local dining options and quick walk to the metro. The property was very clean and communication with the property manager fast and helpful. There is no second/ back exit, which was the only thing I found unusual.

Wonderful Rental in Dupont

This unit in a historic row house in Dupont exceeded expectations. Plenty big enough for our family of five. Around the corner from great restaurants. Will be staying here again for sure!

Great stay, great location!

We stayed here for a week and loved all of it! The location is quiet and yet close to DuPont Circle to enjoy some really good restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!
