It's a room, as advertised. No frills. In the listing, no room amenities noted (except for a coffee maker, thank you) but there is a mini fridge. It could have been cleaner, there were smudges on the furniture that looked like blood and the sheets had stains. You rent this place for the beach access directly across the street. 4 day stay and room cleaning every day, you have to pay another set of fees upon check in. For us that was about 250, plus the room deposit.
