A charming villa for eight people, tastefully decorated, only 50 m from the seashore and 15-minute walk on a sandy beach from the Palais des Festivals. Ideally located for your family holiday or your congress/exhibitions with colleagues.

Our aim is to share our house with other like minded people who love the south of France and would like to possibly return every year. We would like you to enjoy holidays and create memories as we have.

We are also available for the film festival for one or two weeks.

→ It is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Cannes. There are two bedrooms en suite and a further two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room. There is a gateway giving accessible access to a beautiful sandy beach across the road, perfect for sunbathing & swimming. It is a quiet neighbourhood and many of the neighbours are residents.

When we bought this villa, we did not realize how unique it was to be able to find a small villa so near to the centre of Cannes and the beach. Having your own front door makes a huge difference to a holiday and having outdoor space to sit and eat, all add to the pleasure. There are lots of beach and all boating activities nearby. Waterskiing, paddle boarding, sailing and windsurfing lessons are all available.

Villa Picaud is a perfect villa for business colleagues attending one of the fairs or exhibitions at the Palais des Festivals as it offers comfort, space and privacy and four bedrooms. It is a fifteen minute walk to the Palais des Festivals along the beach front. It is the perfect way to start or end a working day.
