Villa Penthouse 5 is located on the highest floor, overlooking the Okaloosa Island and the Gulf of Mexico. This luxurious corner unit is East facing on the Gulf side at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort.

This recently updated elegant and contemporary vacation rental includes a king size bed, living room, breakfast bar, full kitchen, and bunk room. Each room includes entertainment centers and personal storage.

The private double decker balcony offers exquisite panoramic views and is furnished with a four-person Jacuzzi hot tub and lounge. Villa Penthouse 5 has the best views of sunrise and sunset as well as fireworks weekly during the season and holidays. New Hot Tub installed October 2024.

The unit includes free WiFi and a rooftop lounge with private hot tub.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Condo was nicely upgraded and the beach and lazy river were wonderful. We had one day that the AC fan stopped working but maintenance was prompt and professional and fixed it immediately. The only complaint is the cost of the chair/umbrella rentals for the beach (nearly $500 to rent for the week). We know Destin West doesn’t control that but maybe could negotiate better rates for Destin West patrons.
