The Villa is ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a very safe beach side Peloponnesian village. Located on the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time away from any traffic jams, In an area with restaurants. It is only 150m away to a public transport to the city center of Argos and only 150 m away from a Mini Market, a bakery and restaurants.
The villa is consisted by 2 bedrooms with 2 extra-large king size beds 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed, 2 fully functional bathrooms one with bathtub 1 with sower and 1 WC, private kitchen, a nice yard with a lemon tree . There is a fully equipped kitchen with all electric devices, oven, dish washer, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster and a work space and is fully air conditioned. High quality bed linen, towels, and bath amenities are provided. There is Wifi and a boiler which provides 24 hours hot water The heating is autonomous and there is also a fireplace..
