Welcome to our charming 1916 Craftsman style home in the Summerville neighborhood of Augusta. There is plenty of space to hang out and relax inside and outside on our half acre lot. We have a fully fenced in back yard with a large pool, Recteq and Blackstone grills, Solo Stove fire pit, and plenty of parking.

Excellent location!! You will be located less than 3.5 miles from Augusta National and 3 miles from downtown Augusta. You are walking distance from several amazing restaurants and coffee shops (Beck's, Los Cabos, 8595, Buona Caffe, and Trellis Coffee Bar) and a short 7 minute drive to Surrey Center for shopping and more dining options.

You will have a spacious and inviting covered front porch as well as a breakfast nook in the sunroom to enjoy a quick breakfast before heading to the course for a day of the best golf experience in the world. After a day of walking the course, relax by the pool and fire up the smoker or grill if you don't feel like going back out for dinner. Catch up on the golf you missed in the living room with a 65" 4k TV or in the bedrooms, all equipped with smart TVs. You will have a fully stocked and fully updated kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for the entire group.

The master bedroom is located on the main floor adjacent to a beautiful newly remodeled master bathroom with a large walk in shower. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a new memory foam mattress and a 55" OLED Smart TV.

There is a guest bedroom located on the main floor that also has a king size bed and 50" 4k Smart TV. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed and is located upstairs with a full bathroom just down the hallway. The upstairs bathroom features a beautiful clawfoot bath. We also have a queen sized air mattress available for one of the upstairs bedrooms if you want to bring 7-8 guests.

This is a new home for us and we are still in the process of furnishing and decorating, so some of the upstairs rooms may still be unfurnished by the time Masters week rolls around. There is an amazing sun porch upstairs that we are trying to focus on that will hopefully be furnished in the next month.
