Additional house rules:

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Additional cleaning fee of $500 may be charged to remove odors or stains.

2.) Parties are not permitted. A party is defined as more than 14 people on the property without prior approval. Guests will be responsible for any cleaning charges incurred. In the event of a noise complaint or disruption to neighbors, guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately and be fined up to $1,000.

3.) The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests at no additional charge. With the pullout Queen and the cloud couch put together as a bed, we can host up to 14 guests total with prior approval as registered guests, at a rate of $25 per additional guest per night. If your group exceeds 10 guests without this being reflected in your reservation, a fee of $100 per unregistered guest per night will apply.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use garage or street parking only as advertised. Shared driveway must stay clear at all times. Blocking it may result in a $50 violation fee.
Keep noise low after 10pm per Austin law. No audible sound past property line 10pm–10am. $1,000 fee if a formal complaint is filed.
Pick up after pets using the rake/scooper. Pet waste cleanup isn't in the $200 cleaning keeping low for guests. A $50 fee applies if not cleaned up.

Stephen was a great host! The property was beautiful, spacious, and very accommodating. We had 10 girls in our group and there was more than enough space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the 2.5 bathrooms were also a plus. If you’re looking for somewhere to host your big group, look no more. This is it!
