Our family had a wonderful experience! There were enough bedrooms for all adults.The first level carpet was stained otherwise the property appeared to be clean.The children enjoyed the beach toys and body boards that were in the garage.Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

This house is absolutely beautiful, and the neighborhood is awesome as well. I was a little concerned about the HOA at first because they make it seem pretty strict, but we had zero issues during our stay. The house itself is incredibly nice and was everything we hoped for.If you’re into aviation at all, make sure you’re on the top balcony around 6:30–7:30 a.m. You’ll definitely get to see your tax dollars at work! We loved watching the Blue Angels maneuvering overhead, along with a few F-35s and even some older WWII-era planes. Such a cool experience.The walk to the beach is super easy, and the private beach is fantastic—never overly crowded and just about perfect.The host was also awesome and very attentive to anything we needed throughout our stay.Highly recommend this place. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house in a great location. Gated community was very nice. Grandkids loved the community pool when the ocean was rough. Only complaint is the elevator fee is to pricey. With that said, I would still rent this house again. There were 13 of us and we all enjoyed the house. We also liked the 2 round dining tables instead of 1 big table. Like I said, Great House !!!!

The accommodations were everything we hoped and more!

The One Legged Seagull was super. It was clean, well maintained, well equipped for a beach stay and more. It's only a few steps to the beach and the Destiny By The Sea community is so nice. The floor plan was perfect for our large family and the second floor living/kitchen area is awesome. We were super pleased with Warren Rentals and communication with them was easy. We loved the property!

Great week stay with family

Home is just as advertised and we had a range of ages from 3 to 50 for a week stay. I would recommend getting the elevator for elder use. Home was cozy with modern interior decor touches! The balconies are so a vibe for dining or evening hang outs. The game area was a great use for our gamer boys.

Absolutely Amazing!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We just returned from the most amazing week in Destin, Florida! The house was absolutely gorgeous — beautifully decorated, spacious, and right on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or view. It truly felt like our own little slice of paradise. The realtor company we worked with was incredible from start to finish — professional, kind, and quick to respond to any question we had. They made everything so smooth and stress-free, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy every minute of our stay. We’re already talking about when we can come back — it was everything we hoped for and more!

This place was wonderful. We had a family of 15 and it had plenty of room for all of us. I loved the bunk rooms for the grandkids. The kitchen was supplied with everything that was needed. The house was very close to the beach. A real easy walk. The place is beautiful. The only downside is I would put TVs in all the bedrooms. Some of them do not have TVs.We will stay here again.

Summer getaway

We absolutely loved this property! The location was amazing with being so near to the beach entrance. Each staircase had a gate which was ideal for our toddlers. Beautiful property with everything and more that you would need in the kitchen to cook and serve food. Literally the only thing needing improvement was that the grill needed to be cleaned as it smoked pretty easily. But that was very minor. We will definitely be back.

as close to perfect as you can get

Just got back from a two week stay and as part of that stayed in this home. The neighborhood here is really nice. It’s guarded 24 hours a day and has a big private beach so it was not crowded at all. The house was just a couple of homes from the beach boardwalk and had a great heated pool. The family had plenty of room and the house was just perfect. I don’t know what more I can really say other than we loved it.

we were so excited to be one of the first to stay in this home. Warren Beach rental staff told us that it had never been rented and really look like a brand new house on the inside and they were so on the mark everything in the house is high-quality. The views are absolutely breathtaking and we had the absolute best time. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was pristine, the cleanest rental home we’ve ever stayed in for sure.Rent this home with the utmost confidence!Thank you again for letting us stay here in this special place. We can’t wait to return. We have found our home away from home.!

There were several issues: We rented the elevator and upon arrival it was not turned on. I sent a text to Warren Vacation Rentals to ensure it was working a week before arrival and was told it would be. The a/c broke on the 3rd level and needed replaced and as a result the bedroom closet on level 1 was soaked with water and seeping into the bedroom. I texted Warren and I received a call from a maintenance team who didn’t know the issue or recognize Warren Vacation rentals. I contacted Warren vacation and advised it was their job to manage house repairs, not mine as the renter. The a/c was replaced but the wet rug in the closet and bedroom were never addressed. The Keurig coffee machine stopped working and is too small for 10 people. At the end of our stay I requested a One hour extension for the checkout time and was denied. So after the inconvenience of all the issues impacting our time and comfort the Warren Beach rental would not give one hour. In addition the only way to communicate is via text. There is no opportunity to speak to a live person. The house and location to the beach are as described but unless there is a change in how the property is maintained and managed we do not recommend this house!
